About

Hello and welcome!

Thank you so much for finding your way to this page.

I create handmade flowers one by one using a material called cold porcelain(air-dry clay), aiming to capture the delicate beauty of real blooms.

I've always loved flowers. Over the years, I enjoyed working with fresh and artificial flower arrangements, as well as creating with lightweight clay. Though I stepped away from clay for a while due to parenting and changes in my life, the presence of flowers—whether in a vase or in nature—has always been close to my heart.

How my love for flowers evolved

There was a time when I loved arranging lots of flowers together to create something cute and cheerful. But gradually, my heart began to shift. I found myself drawn more to the quiet charm of wildflowers blooming softly in nature, or the simple beauty of placing seasonal flowers in a vase, just as they are.

While I still found joy in making with artificial flowers, about three years ago I started feeling a bit out of sync with what I truly loved.

That’s when a thought came to me: I want to express the unique beauty of each flower more deeply. And then I remembered clay—something I had once loved so much. That memory led me to discover cold porcelain, a material that allows for incredibly lifelike and delicate expressions. I was instantly drawn to it.

After nearly a decade away, I picked up clay again and started over from scratch, self-taught. That was the beginning of my current journey.

The soft texture, translucent petals, and natural beauty that can be captured with cold porcelain—it all felt like a magical way to bring my love for flowers to life.

I’m deeply grateful to all the artists and crafters who have developed and passed down this craft, and I hope to become one of them someday—someone who can also inspire and support others through this art.

From flowers to tools...

As my desire to create grew, I sometimes found that store-bought tools couldn’t quite do what I needed. So, I began making my own cutters and molds by hand. (Once I start creating, I tend to dive in deep!)

It felt like such a waste to keep those handmade tools just for myself, so I opened a small shop. I hope they’ll be helpful to others who love making flowers or are having trouble finding the right tools.

I believe that everyone has their own pace and personal style when it comes to creating.

There are times when things don’t turn out the way you hoped, or when you feel frustrated by your limitations—have you ever found yourself feeling a little discouraged like that?

This craft, in particular, takes a lot of time and patience, and it can be tiring.
But when I take a step back, I realize how lucky I am to have found something I truly love—something that makes me lose track of time because I’m so absorbed in it. That, in itself, is a kind of happiness.

There’s no single “right” way to create.
Some people take their time and craft every detail with care, while others prefer to enjoy the process more casually.
Whether it's a simple piece made in your early days or a masterpiece shaped with precision and passion, each creation reflects the maker’s love—and that’s what makes it beautiful.

So don’t worry about comparisons or rules.
I hope you’ll feel free to create simply because you love it—and that you’ll enjoy the process in your own way.
That’s also how I want to continue creating: with joy, freedom, and heart.

And if you feel the same—if you’d like to enjoy the creative journey through flowers—I’d be so happy to have you along.

Let’s take our time, enjoy the joy of working with our hands, and grow our own expressions, together.
